Terms of service

Effective from 1st October 2026. These Terms govern your use of (the “Site”) and every purchase made on it. The Site is owned and operated by LWYD Interactive LLP, India (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Return Policy and our Privacy Policy, which form one agreement. 

These Terms are framed under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. 

1. Seller and brands 

The Company is the sole seller and owner of all products on the Site, and is responsible for orders, payments, fulfilment and support. Any third-party names, brands or marks shown belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean those parties sell, endorse or are responsible for the products or the Site. 

2. Eligibility 

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract to place an order. We may cancel orders or restrict access where this is not met. 

3. Acceptable use 

You agree not to: 

  • Use bots, scripts or automated tools to browse, add to cart or buy 

  • Buy in bulk or for resale, or use multiple accounts or addresses to bypass limits 

  • Scrape, copy or extract data from the Site 

  • Attempt unauthorised access, or upload malware or harmful code 

  • Impersonate anyone, post fake reviews or manipulate ratings 

  • Use the Site for anything unlawful 

We may cancel orders, suspend accounts, remove content or take legal action where these rules are broken. 

4. Products and listings 

We describe each product as accurately as we can. Images are for illustration; slight differences in colour, texture or finish can occur due to screens, lighting or handcrafted production, and are not defects. Listings may be changed or withdrawn without notice. 

5. Limited drops 

Products are released in limited quantities and sold while stocks last. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. We may set a per-customer limit. If stock runs out before your order is processed, we will cancel it and refund you in full. 

6. Pricing and payment 

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payments are processed through [payment gateway], an RBI-compliant provider; we do not store your full card or bank details. If a product is listed at a wrong price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. 

7. Order confirmation 

The email you receive after checkout confirms we have received your order. It is not final acceptance. An order is accepted when it is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID. Orders cannot be cancelled by you once placed. We may cancel an order for stock, payment, serviceability, pricing or fraud reasons, with a full refund within 7–10 working days. 

8. Shipping and delivery 

We ship within India. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on location and courier performance. You will receive tracking details on dispatch. If an order cannot be delivered due to a wrong address, no one being available, or refusal to accept, the original shipping charge is non-refundable and any re-dispatch is at your cost. For parcels marked delivered but not received, we will work with the courier on your behalf. Orders to be shipped in 3 working days 

9. Returns and refunds 

All sales are final. Replacements and refunds apply only to wrong, damaged or defective items, as set out in the Refund & Return Policy. 

10. Intellectual property 

All Site content, including product designs, images, text, graphics, logos and code, belongs to the Company or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written consent. 

11. Reviews and content you share 

If you post reviews, photos or comments, you confirm they are your own and lawful, and you give the Company a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use them for marketing and on the Site. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful. 

12. Indemnity 

You agree to cover the Company for losses, claims or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, content you share, or fraud or unlawful conduct on the Site. 

13. Limitation of liability 

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. 

14. Events outside our control 

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, cyber-attacks, courier disruptions or government action. 

15. General 

  • Changes: We may update these Terms. The version live when you place an order applies to that order. 

  • Severability: If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. 

  • Entire agreement: These Terms and our policies are the full agreement between you and the Company for use of the Site. 

  • Governing law: Laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. 

16. Grievance Officer 

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints about orders, refunds, the Site or your personal data can be raised with our Grievance Officer:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays 

Please include your name, order ID, the issue and any supporting photos or messages. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 working days. If more time is needed, we will tell you why and when to expect a resolution.
